THAIDDHI is a Filmmaker, Producer, and also Film Programmer. He studies Filmmaking at FAMU in the Czech Republic. He co-founded Wathann Film Festival in 2011 and worked as a Programmer for the festival. In 2013 he founded Third Floor Film Production to produce Myanmar Independent film.

Marcus Manh Cuong Vu

Vietnam
Marcus Manh Cuong Vu is a filmmaker and programmer. Previously, he was the festival director of Yxine Film Fest (2010-2014).

Leong Puiyee

Singapore
Leong Puiyee is an arts manager and film programmer based in Singapore.

Nurain Abdullah

BRUNEI
A filmmaker and producer based in Brunei since 1997, co-founded Regalblue Production Studio (2002), serves as jury for local and regional festivals, and is the board director for Southeast Asia Video Festival for Children since 2019.

Jason Tan Liwag

PHILIPPINES
Jason Tan Liwag is a Filipino scientist, actor, writer, educator, and curator whose work examines the life cycle of moving images in Southeast Asia. He is an alumnus of film criticism programs in Locarno, Rotterdam, Udine, Yamagata, and Manila. He programs shorts for QCinema and the Leeds International Film Festival and is the founder of the Critics Lab.

Athipan Simmakam

THAILAND
The Thai Short Film and Video Festival was established in 1997 by Thai Film Foundation, aiming to encourage to independent spirit to expose their hidden creativity. It is a local short film competition in conjunction with screening selected short films from several contras.

ChongLee Yow

MALAYSIA
ChongLee Yow is a film lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak and has recently embarked on his PhD adventure at Sunway University. When he’s not immersed in books, writing, or deep dives into research, he lends his expertise as a guest programmer, selection committee member, or jury for film festivals across Southeast Asia.
Alright, enough of the “official” stuff. ChongLee loves nature, hiking, diving, travelling, reading, and lately, he’s fallen in love with coffee—Robusta, in particular. So, he’s always open to a coffee date! He also listens to indie music—folk, pop, rock—you name it (and yes, he sings too, privately).

Fransiska Prihadi

Indonesia
Fransiska Prihadi is an architect and co-founder of the art-house cinema MASH Denpasar. She has served as guest programmer, preselection committee, and jury for various national and international short film festivals. Alongside her curatorial work, she facilitates and mentors filmmaking and film critic workshops, focusing on creating writing that
resonates with both cinephiles and general readers."
